Shipping policy

We are committed to getting our customer orders out of the warehouse as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

Order Processing

If a product is ordered before 11am, we aim to dispatch by the following working day, this excludes Saturday, Sunday and UK bank holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or during bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times

We use a reliable logistics partner for our deliveries. Our products are precious to you and us, so we ensure the service is consistent irrespective of your delivery location. 

Our delivery costs are below:

Standard shipping which takes between 3 - 5 business days is £3.99

Express shipping which takes 2-3 business days is £5.99

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
